Using StreamSavant

Terms of Service

These terms describe your use of the StreamSavant desktop app and website. Read them together with our Privacy Policy. Contact [email protected] if you have questions.

Your accounts and content

Connect only accounts and devices you are authorized to control. You are responsible for the content, chat, audio and video you choose to display, record or broadcast, and for obtaining the rights and permissions needed to use them. Keep your license key, platform credentials and stream keys private.

StreamSavant performs the actions you configure, including stream routing, OBS controls, chat display and stream-detail updates. Check your destination selections and output before going live. You can disconnect optional services through their connection settings.

YouTube and other platforms

StreamSavant uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s data practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can revoke StreamSavant’s access through Google Account permissions.

Twitch, Kick, OBS and other services or software have their own terms and technical requirements. Their names identify integrations and do not imply that they sponsor or endorse StreamSavant. Platform access, permissions, quotas and availability can change independently of this app.

Trials, purchases and subscriptions

The selected plan, price, billing interval and any trial terms are shown at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Recurring plans renew according to the checkout terms until canceled. Use the website’s Manage Subscription link or contact support for billing help.

License checks associate an activation with your device and enforce the activation allowance for your license. Trial eligibility is recorded by machine identifier. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting a streaming account does not cancel a subscription or reset a trial.

For purchase, cancellation or refund questions, contact support. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Appropriate use and availability

Do not use StreamSavant to access accounts without permission, distribute unlawful content, harass others, compromise systems, or bypass platform restrictions or licensing controls. Comply with the rules of each service you connect.

Streaming depends on your devices, network, OBS and platform services. Interruptions and software errors can occur. Keep copies of important configuration and recordings, and check the app’s status and your platform dashboard during use.

Stopping use and getting help

You may stop using the app and disconnect optional accounts. The Privacy Policy explains how to remove local information and request help with records held by StreamSavant. Changes to these terms will appear on this page with an updated date.
